About

Dr. Fanelli and Dr. Jimenez have been

working together since 2016, when they first collaborated at St. Catherine Hospital in East Chicago. Together, they developed a robust psychiatric mental health program that grew to serve multiple facilities across the Community Health System (now Powers Health) in Northwest Indiana.

Their shared passion for learning, teaching,

and Clinical excellence has shaped their careers. As committed educators and clinical faculty at Indiana University, they have mentored and trained numerous students, both medical residents and psychiatric nurse practitioner trainees, fostering the growth of the next generation of mental health providers.

When it comes to patient care, we believe that time,

understanding, and genuine connection are essential. You won’t find a psychiatrist or PMHNP more committed to truly getting to know you and your unique story. We are not afraid to take on complex or challenging cases—it's what we do best. Mental illness does not discriminate, and we recognize that anyone, at any point in life, may need support.

Our promise is to provide care that is prompt, private, and comprehensive—delivered with compassion and respect, every step of the way.
